ISTRA'24
Moscow region

ALL PROJECTS

The Istra ’24 project is currently in the construction phase and is located on the banks of a river in the Moscow region. The site is situated in a temperate continental climate zone, characterized by snowy winters and warm, humid summers. These climate conditions required careful consideration of plant selection, structural design, and engineering solutions. The primary objective of the project is to create a comfortable space where nature and architecture come together in a unique ensemble. The owner wanted to create a modern and cozy garden for the whole family, combining ethnic motifs of Russian architecture with modern design, comfortable and ergonomic sports areas, and private corners for relaxation and contact with nature.
