The large two‑storey house made of brown brick is located at the highest points of the terrain. During the design of the garden, changes were made to the layout of the main entrance to the house, including to more effectively bridge the height difference from the paving level to the finished floor level inside the house. The main pedestrian transit route between the gate and the main entrance to the house is surrounded by forest compositions of Cossack juniper and mountain pines combined with perennial herbaceous plants. The delicate crowns of the hawthorn create a cozy atmosphere and cast an ornamental shadow on the natural stone paving stones.
The main house has three entrances/exits in total. One of them is a small terrace for morning coffee is a wish of the garden owner. From this terrace, you can see the main area of the plot. A terraced descent leads to the building of the bath complex across the emerald lawn at the lower points of the terrain.
The garden has become a place where all family members can find a comfortable space for communication, relaxation, and contact with nature. A children’s playground was organized for the younger generation of the garden owner’s family. The soft, comfortable swings will be a place for the older generation to spend time with the younger ones and will also allow for visual monitoring of the safety of children’s active play in the apple orchard.
